No, no priority will be given to senior citizens with wait-listed tickets. As per the senior citizen quota, they might have been given confirm seat if seats were available in senior citizen quota at the time of booking. But once they are in waiting list, then they will have to come in same queue as others. From: Indian Train Enquiry
