Sometimes we have to submit original insurance. What does it mean by original insurance? If it means insurance paper with seal or stamp. What about the insurance paper we are getting from online? Isn't it consider as original ?

  I have a valid Qatar Heavy vehicle license. Is it possible to get a light vehicle license in kerala with this? Or is it required to write learners and take the new license?   For vehicle ownership transfer, which RTO should I submit the documents - servicing authority or registration authority? While uploading documents which aadhar card have to upload - transferror or transferee?
  In Kerala you can opt either RTO. But the documents should be sent to servicing RTO.
