While applying for the service it self the acknowledgement number shall be generated and same number will be auto sent to your registered mobile number.

You should have received an acknowledgment. An acknowledgment looks like below image 

If you haven’t received the acknowledgment, your application submission was not successful. 

Resubmit the application till you get acknowledgment or try submitting the application in different browsers like Firefox or Mozilla (sometimes google chrome may not work for e-signing due to security reasons)
