Pattadar Passbook cum Titledeed (with 16 Security features) is printed at Madras Security Press, Chennai and in certain cases, with defective address etc., the dispatch and delivery is getting delayed. Further, Pattadar Passbook is not mandatory, it's optional only, if your name is entered in Webland that's enough, obviously no neeed for PPB because Bankers & Registration Dept is given access to Webland
