For B -Khata transfer, the government fee is 2% of sale deed's stamp duty
For example:
The selling (or) buying price of a property is Rs. 50 Lakh.
The stamp duty paid is 5.1% X buying price is Rs. 50 Lakh = Rs. 2,55,000/-
The government fee for B -khata transfer is Rs. 2,55,000X2% = 5,100/- + Miscellaneous charges might or might not be applicable which could be around Rs. 2,000/-.
