  3. Rental Agreement/ Lease Agreement of Company
  4. Company PAN Card
  5. Address Proof of Director – Lease / Rental Agreement
  6. ID Proof of Director – Pan Card / Election Card/ Passport/ Driving License
  7. List of Directors

  1. Documents Required for Shop & Establishment Registration :

    • Incorporation Certificate of Company / Partnership Deed (Partnership Company) / Trade Licence (Proprietership Company)
    • MoA & AoA (for MOA Registered Companies like Private Ltd, OPC Pvt Ltd, LLP Company )
    • Rental / Rental Lease Agreement with latest Electricity Bill, Property Tax Paid Receipt
    • Company PAN Card ( PAN Card of MOA Company / Partnership Company ) / Proprieter PAN Card
    • ID Proof (i.e. Director / Proprieter / Partner(s)) - Like Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Election Card / Passport / Driving License etc.,
    • Address Proof of Director / Proprieter / Partner(s) - Like Aadhaar Card / Election Card / Passport / Driving License, Telephone Bill etc.,
    • List of Directors / Partners (Not applicable for Proprietership company)
