The Kerala Expatriate Welfare Fund Pension is sanctioned as per the provisions of the Expatriate Keralites Welfare Act, 2008 and the Expatriate Kerala Welfare Scheme, 2009 and as per the orders issued by the Government from time to time.

Instructions

1) Members who have joined the Expatriate Welfare Fund and paid their contributions continuously up to the date of becoming eligible for pension are eligible for pension.

2) Those who join between 18 and 55 years are entitled to pension on completion of 60 years and those who join between 55 and 60 years are eligible for pension on completion of 5 years.

The following documents should be updated by logging into the KNRKWB website for applying for pension:

1) Photograph taken within 6 months of applicant [Maximum size - 1MB, File type : jpg /jpeg /png / gif ]

2) Signature of applicant [Maximum size - 1MB, File type : jpg /jpeg /png / gif ]

3) Document proving date of birth [Maximum size - 1MB, File type : jpeg / jpg / gif / png / pdf ]

4) Applicant's bank account statement [Maximum size - 1MB, File type : jpeg / jpg / gif / png / pdf ]

(If the name in the applicant's bank account record and the name in the membership card are different, "One and the same Certificate" should also be uploaded.)

5) Consent letter with signature of applicant's nominee [Maximum size - 1MB, File type : jpeg / jpg / gif / png / pdf ]

If any falsification is found in the copies uploaded, the pension will be canceled and legal action as may be decided by the Board.
