In each chitty there will be separate numbers for each ticket(subscriber) of the chitty, known as Chittal No. It is recorded on your chitty passbook.

In KSFE, each chitty has a fixed number of subscribers. 

For example: A forty months chitty must have forty subscribers including foreman. Each subscriber is given a continuous number starting from 1 to 40. This number is called  Chittal Number.
