Sakala IT -Frame Work - National Informatics Centre (NIC) has functioned as IT back bone of Sakala from the time of its inception till date. Comprehensive online service delivery & monitoring system has been developed and implemented. The system in integrated with associated departmental web-portals and live feed of data is fed directly to Sakala system. Citizen can easily get access to live data. The IT system promotes transparency in service delivery and information delivered at citizen’s finger tips at www.sakala.kar.nic.in – the official website. As on March 2021 there are 542 digitized services in sakala (337 end to end services & 205 integrated services) through Sevasindhu.
