a. Application fee Rs.5
b. Rs.30 for search of first year and Rs.10 for every subsequent year. Example: To obtain Encumbrance Certificate for 13 years. Application fee Rs.5.00 plus first year
Rs.30.00 plus 12 years Rs.120-00 and total Rs.155-00.
