When buying an apartment, USD (undivided share of land) is part of schedule in conveyance/ sale deed. Seperate conveyance deed is not required for USD
In conveyance deed, schedule are divided into three parts as scheduled A, Schedule B and Schedule C
Schedule A is the description about the complete project of an apartment
Schedule B is about the undivided share of land (USD) for your flat
Schedule C is the description about your flat which includes carpet area, super build-up area and parking details.
