If you are staying at one location for more than 6 months (present address), then you need to apply for income certificate from the nearest village office in your present address. The Village Officer might take a report from the Village Office at your permanent address regarding your income, land , property etc.
Based on this village officer near the present address will issue an Income Certificate.
