Why are many bids in GEM not visible once logged in, while these bids are visible offline?


One of the reasons why the Bids are not visible is that the Seller might not have added the particular product/service in their Seller Catalog.

Solution:

When you are able to view the Bid offline, please download the Bid document and then try to find out in which category the Buyer has published the Bid and what are the specifications they have asked for. Then, login to the Seller account, go to Catalogue link and then start adding the product/service accordingly. Once it is published, the Seller will be able to view as well as participate in the Bid.
