It's just the saying that they will deliver it with 5 to 7 working days . Govt works take years to proceed. There is not accountability. You even can't compain anywhere just the money making process.

Within 5 working days from raising the request, your Aadhaar PVC card is handed over to Department of Posts for delivery via Speed Post which can take up to 10 working days.
