How to apply for an Advertising Permit on Buildings in Dubai?
This service enables to obtain a permit to place static or dynamic advertisements on buildings and rooftops, to promote a merchandise or event or display a logo or product. Also, to place buildings’ names in illuminated or non-illuminated dimensional letters.
The validity of the permit depends on the expiry date of the landlord NOC provided that it doesn't exceed 1 year.

Permit to advertise on building rooftops or digital screens or product models:

Valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the landlord, stating the advertisement period.

Medium Design at the Suggested Location with the Advertising Content Design
Permit to advertise on lands under Dubai Development Authority (For Non-Free Zones):
- In the case of sing board whose height exceeds 3 meters, the initial approval will be obtained from the Advertising Department and will be transferred. Request to the Dubai Development Authority for the approved construction plans and a certificate of completion from the Construction Control Department / Construction Control Section./ of the Dubai Development Authority.
Permit to advertise on building facades or to mount building and tower names:

Valid NOC from the landlord, stating the advertisement period.

Medium Design at the Suggested Location with the Advertising Content Design.
Permit to advertise on air balloons or air filled product models installed on the building:

No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the landlord stating the advertisement period.
