How to apply for approval of Public and Private Swimming Pool Drawings in Dubai?

This service enables you to obtain an approval on the drawings of private and public swimming pools in Dubai, according to the technical and engineering requirements and public safety standards in effect, and to the adopted filtration and disinfection systems, before starting the pool construction work.

Documents Required

• Engineering drawings of the swimming pools according to the requirements detailed in the Technical Guidelines Manual DM-HSD-GU34-ASPP2, along with owner signature on the project sheet.

How to apply for approval of Public and Private Swimming Pool Drawings in Dubai?

• Login to Dubai Municipality website.

• Apply for the service and upload the required Drawings.

• Check Dubai Municipality's reply (Approved/Rejected/to be Amended or Completed) through the website.

• Pay the due fees.

• Receive the auto-stamped drawings  approval through the website.

Terms & Conditions

• This service is mandatory, and consulting offices (for new buildings) and contracting companies (for adding a new pool to an existing building) must apply through the website.
• This service covers only the lands located under the Development Authority. For areas under the Building Permits Department, you should apply through Dubai Building Permit System BPS.
