  • Original Emirates ID

  • Copy of the Customs Declaration or technical inspection certificate.

For companies

  • Trade licence

  • Letter from the company.

How to apply for a Certificate for Non-Registered Vehicle in Dubai?

Through Website

  • The customer logs in using his username and password.

  • The customer selects Licensing Services.

  • The customer selects Certificates (more).

  • The customer enters the required information.

  • The customer settles the required fees by credit card.

  • The customer receives the certificate electronically.

Through Customer Happiness Centres or Vehicle Registration and Inspection Centres

  • The customer submits the required documents at the service centre.

  • The customer settles the required fees in person.

  • The customer receives the electronic certificate through SMS and e-mail.

Fees Required

  • 100 AED

  • +20 AED Knowledge and Innovation fees.

Time Required

  • 3 minutes.

Validity

Permanent.

Terms & Conditions

  • The customer or his legal representative must be present in person.

  • The customer is required to pay all the traffic fines before receiving this service.
