This service enables you to obtain a classification report of public health pests specimens, whether isolated, or in contaminated food products or in their habitat.

• No documents  required (submit only the test samples).

How to apply for the classification of Public Health Pests Specimens in Dubai?

• Apply for the service through Dubai Municipality website.
• Receive a notification from Dubai Municipality to inform you about the status of the application (Accepted or Rejected).
• Receive a call from Dubai Municipality’s officer to schedule a visit to your place to collect a sample.
• Provide the sample to Dubai Municipality officer to visually check it and decide either to accept or reject it.
• Pay the fees (In case of commercial establishments).
• Receive an identification report from DM website ( online) within 5 working days.

Fees Required

• For Customer - Individual Sector-Government Institutions Sector: Free

• Business Sector: AED 200

• Knowledge and Innovation Fees: AED 20.

Terms and Conditions

• Ensure identification features are present ( Legs, antenna).

• Ensure specimen is not rotten.

• Ensure solvents are not added to the specimen.
