Check Dubai Municipality's reply through the website (Approved/Rejected).

You can apply for this service after obtaining a preliminary approval and trade name certificate from Dubai Economy (new license).

Provide Dubai Municipality with initial approval and trade name certificate (new license).

You cannot practice engineering before obtaining the Engineering Professional Practice Certificate.

Technical staff should be accredited by Dubai Municipality.

Technical staff should be registered in the Society of Engineers in the UAE.

You can check the required technical staff standards for all engineering activities, their qualifications and experience through the standards published in the Dubai Municipality website and the Administrative Orders 253/255 for 2021.

The factory must fulfill the service requirements of the "Environmental Permit for Industrial Projects" according to the Technical Guidelines Manual No. 11 issued by the Environmental Sustainability Department (for suppliers and manufacturers of building materials).

Parties to the license undertake validity of the data registered in the service and that it shall be submitted to the Municipality employee during checking on the ground at the place of practice or when requested by the Municipality.
