• Copy of EM-1/EM-II/IEM , as applicable.

• Project Report, if the venture is new.

• Plant layout indicating the area for installation of machinery, space for raw material/finished products, generator set, utility services, etc.

• Company profile and PAN card of the promoter/s.

• Last three years balance sheets of the enterprise in case of existing unit.

• NOC for Mortgage Right Permission in case of multiple allotment in more than one Industrial Estate, if applicable.

• Photo ID and Address Proof of the Applicant (It is not required if the application is Digitally Signed by the Applicant).

How to apply for Land Allotment in various Industrial Estate in Assam?

Follow the below steps to apply online for Land Allotment in various Industrial Estate in Assam.

• If the applicant is a new user, then the applicant needs to register in the RTPS portal first.

• Applicants need to provide their Full Name, Mobile No., State and Password to register in the portal.

• Then the applicant needs to log in with the credentials, by clicking the Login button.

• Click on “Apply for services” -> “View all available services”.

• Type in the desired name of the service to apply, in the “Search” box on the right-hand side of the web application. In this case, type "Land Allotment in various Industrial Estate"

• The applicant has to fill up the form and upload the required supporting documents.

• Make the required payment.

• After the successful submission of the form, an acknowledgment will be generated containing the application reference no.

• The application is then forwarded to higher officials for further processes. The same will be notified over SMS and Email id of the applicant.

• Non-refundable processing fee of 0.50 paisa per sq.mtr ( Maximum Rs 2000).

• Security deposit of Rs. 5000 per 1000 sq mtr.

• Development charge Rs. 600 per sq.mtr.

Offline: The above amount shall be submitted by way of Demand Draft/Cheque in favour of: 

"Assam Small Industries Development Corporation Ltd" (if AIDC ),

"Assam Industries Development Corporation Ltd" (if AIDC),

"Assam Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation" (if AIIDC),

"Department of Industries & Commerce, Assam" (if DIC).

Time Required for Land Allotment in various Industrial Estate

30 (Thirty) days from the date of submission of application, complete in all respects alongwith documents as per checklist.
