How to apply for a Night Works Permit in Under Construction Projects in Dubai?

• Login to Dubai Municipality website,  Building Permit System.

• Apply for the service.

• Check Dubai Municipality's reply (Approved/Rejected) with the site inspection date through the system, by SMS and email (the attendance of consultant & contractor during DM site inspection is not required).

• Receive the Night Construction Permit through the system.

Terms & Conditions

• Applications submitted prior to 12:00 a.m. are considered to be applied and scheduled in the next working day, if accepted.

• The presence of consultant and contractor on the site during Dubai municipality engineer’s inspection is not required.

• Night work is not permitted in residential areas.

• In case of Rejected application you have to resubmit it after closing all DM Notes.
