Children City:

• Login to Dubai Municipality website .

• Apply for the service through Dubai Municipality website.

• Pay the due fees.

• Receive the membership card.

Mega parks: 

• Login to Dubai Municipality website. 

• Apply for the service through Dubai Municipality website.

• Pay the due fees.

• Receive the membership card.

Fees Required to apply for recreational facilities membership in Dubai

Dubai Mega parks:

• Single membership for 18 years and older:

  • AED 320 for 1 year

• Family membership including husband, wife and children of 6 years and younger:

  • AED 640 for 1 year

  • Addition of children between 6 and 16 years old:

    • AED 60 per child for 1 year

  • Addition of children between 16 and 26 years old:

    • AED 80 per child for 1 year

  • Addition of companions from unlisted categories:

    • AED 100 per companion for 1 year.

• Replacement of a lost or damaged membership card: AED 50

• Knowledge and Innovation fees: AED 20

• 5% VAT.

Children's City:

• Family membership including husband, wife and 2 children:

  • AED 500 for 1 year

  • Addition of children:

    • AED 60 per child for 1 year

• Single membership:

  • AED 200 for 1 year.

Terms and Conditions to apply for recreational facilities membership in Dubai

Children's City:

• The membership card is valid for 1 year and renewable.

• Members cannot access the City without their membership card.

• Members are not allowed to access the City after their membership expiry and before they renew it.

• Non-family members cannot be added to a family membership.

• The membership is non-transferable to other people.

• Membership fees are non-refundable.

• Membership renewal fees are not subject to any discount.

• Non-members can access the City for an entrance fee.

• Entrance is free for children under 2 years old.

• The membership card is only valid for Creek Park and Children's City only.

• The membership allows the use of all the City's public facilities except those for rent.

• The membership card is withdrawn if expired or used by others.

• The management reserves the right to reject, cancel, or withdraw the membership card in case of breach of the Children City's guidelines.

• You can use the payment receipt until you receive the membership card.

• Opening hours:

• Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 8:00pm.

• Saturday and Sunday, from 2:00pm to 8:00pm.

Dubai Mega parks:

• Membership cards give access to all mega parks throughout the year.

• Mega parks include: Al Mamzar, Zaabeel, Creek, Al Safa, and Mushrif parks.

• The membership is valid for 1 year.

• Membership fees are non-refundable.

• The membership card is withdrawn if expired or used by others.

• Members are allowed to benefit from all services available within the parks, except for paid tourist and recreational facilities such as: rental chalets, investment sites, swimming pools and arcade games.

• People of determination are exempted from membership fees.

• Mega Parks opening hours (except residential neighbourhood parks):

Mega parks (Al Mamzar Park, Mushrif Park, Al Khor Park, Zabeel Park, Al Safa Park)

• Monday to Thursday from 8:00AM to 10:00PM.

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday and official public holidays from 08:00AM to 11:00PM.
