Terms and Conditions to apply for recreational facilities membership in Dubai
Children's City:

The membership card is valid for 1 year and renewable.

Members cannot access the City without their membership card.

Members are not allowed to access the City after their membership expiry and before they renew it.

Non-family members cannot be added to a family membership.
-
The membership is non-transferable to other people.

Membership fees are non-refundable.

Membership renewal fees are not subject to any discount.

Non-members can access the City for an entrance fee.
-
Entrance is free for children under 2 years old.

The membership card is only valid for Creek Park and Children's City only.

The membership allows the use of all the City's public facilities except those for rent.

The membership card is withdrawn if expired or used by others.

The management reserves the right to reject, cancel, or withdraw the membership card in case of breach of the Children City's guidelines.

You can use the payment receipt until you receive the membership card.

Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 8:00pm.

Saturday and Sunday, from 2:00pm to 8:00pm.
Dubai Mega parks:

Membership cards give access to all mega parks throughout the year.

Mega parks include: Al Mamzar, Zaabeel, Creek, Al Safa, and Mushrif parks.

The membership is valid for 1 year.

Membership fees are non-refundable.

The membership card is withdrawn if expired or used by others.

Members are allowed to benefit from all services available within the parks, except for paid tourist and recreational facilities such as: rental chalets, investment sites, swimming pools and arcade games.

People of determination are exempted from membership fees.
