How to apply for renewing Learning Permit in Dubai?

• The customer submits the original valid Emirates ID at the Driving Institute.

• The customer settles the required fees.

• The customer receives electronic copies of the receipt and learning permit to his registered email, and a text message to his registered phone number with a link to download an electronic copy of the receipt and driving permit.

Fees Required

• 100 AED for motorcycles, light vehicles, light automatic vehicles, light equipment

• 200 AED for heavy vehicles, heavy buses, light buses, heavy equipment

• +20 AED Knowledge and Innovation fees.

Time Required

• 5 minutes.

Validity

3 months.

Terms and Conditions

If the file was cancelled because the road test was not taken within 6 months from the last appointment, the customer must submit all the required documents again to apply for the learning permit, according to the federal traffic law.
