This service enables you to apply for a possession certificate of a vehicle registered in Dubai traffic system but still not roadworthy.

Individual customers, citizens and residents, and companies are eligible to apply for this service.

Memorandum of Association for LLC companies that carry out vehicle trading activities (in case of applying at the centre)

The customer logs in using his username and password or through UAE Pass.

The customer selects Licensing Services.

The customer ID is confirmed through the UAE Pass.
