Banglarbhumi is an online portal for the management of land records in the state of West Bengal. This portal provides the information of land such as the land-owners details, type of land, area of measurement etc.

Follow the below steps to register in the Banglarbhumi website. 

• Visit Banglarbhumi website

• Click on the option ‘Sign Up’

• First fill up First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name.

• Then fill up Guardians Name, Address, Municipality, PS, District, PIN. 

• Enter Email and Mobile Number.

• OTP will be sent to the registered Mobile Number and Email for verification.

• Entered the new Password and Confirm Password.

• Enter the Captcha Code and click on Submit Button

Banglarbhumi Login

Follow the below steps to login to Banglarbhumi portal.

• Visit Banglarbhumi website

• Click on Sign In

• Select the Citizen radio button

• Enter username, password and captcha

• Click on ‘Login’. 

How to do conversion of land in Banglarbhumi website?

Conversion process is required when the owner of the land wants to change the classification of one or more plots owned by him either partially or fully.

Any registered applicant of Banglarbhumi portal can apply in Banglarbhumi portal for Conversion application.

Follow the below steps to apply for Conversion of land in Banglar Bhoomi website.

• Login to Banglarbhumi website

• After successful login citizen needs to click the 'Citizen Services' in the top right corner of the page.

• On clicking this link several other links are available, Now click on 'Online Application”

• Click on Conversion Application.

• Conversion Application page has four tab-1) Particulars of the Applicant, 2) List of Enclosures, 3)Processing Fee and 4)SoP for disposal of Conversion

• Citizen has to select district, corresponding to which a block and mouza also need to be selected.He/she has to fill up all mandatory fields including Mobile No and Email ID where OTP whose entry need to be done in the OTP text boxes for final submission of application. 

• Plot Details also need to be filled up by clicking on the ‘+’ sign in the grid provided in the Plot Details portion

• On pressing the Submit button a new row would be entered in the grid. The same row can also be edited by clicking the edit button. If a citizen wishes to delete a row, he/she can delete the row as well by clicking the delete button. 

• Copy of Conversion certificate, current rent receipt etc can be uploaded during conversation application. User can also see the Processing fees details here. One application will be received against single khatian only with single / multiple plots.

• Pressing Submit button generates Application No as well as Reference No.

• In the message box, it shows valid Plot & Khatian numbers, Requisite Fees for Conversion and Application Number. Please note down the application number for future reference.

• Citizen can download Application by clicking the ‘Download Application’ button & proceed for payment. Without application fees conversion application will not be considered.

• For paying court fee and application fee, the citizen has to click the 'Fees Payment' submenu available under 'Online Application'

• Enter Application No. (received at the time of conversion Application) & Captch then click ‘View’ for viewing the fees details.

• Make the required payment.

Download Conversion of Land application in Banglarbhumi website

• Citizen can print conversion application in future by clicking on 'Application/Receipt Reprint' available under Citizen Services.
  

• Select  ‘Conversion Application Form’ from the ‘Request Type’ drop down . Enter Application No. along with captcha and click the Submit button.

• Conversion application form will be downloaded.

Banglarbhumi Know Your Property

Banglarbhumi website enables any person to access the information on land records comletely free of cost through its "Know your property" link.

Follow the below steps to know the details of your property.

• Visit Banglarbhumi website

• Click on "Know your Property"

• Select your District

• Select your Block

• Select your Mouza

• You have the option to Search By Khatian or Search by Plot

• Enter the Khatian No. or Plot no. If khatian no./Plot no. is in the form as '99999/99", then put '99999'(First portion of khatian no./plot no.) in the box before the slash (‘/') and put '99'(Second portion of khatian no./plot no.) in the box after slash('/’). If khatian/Plot no. is '495/1' then put '495' in the box before('/’) and '1' in the box after slash('/'). If khatian no./Plot no. is in the form as '99999' (Without any slash ''), then put whole khatian no./plot no. in the box before the slash '/". For example, if khatian/Plot no. is '49501' i.e without any slash('/') then put '49501' in the box before the slash('/').

• Enter the Captcha

• Click on View

Banglarbhumi Mouza Map Application

If any landlord wants his/her digitally signed copy of Mouza Map then he/she can apply from Banglarbhumi portal.

• Visit Banglarbhumi website

• After Registration, log in using mobile no & password along with captcha and proceed to apply for Mouza Map using Citizen Services-> Service Delivery-> Mouza Map Request.

• After submitting the Mouza Map application, Proceed for Fees Payment.

• Status of Mouza Map application can be viewed from Citizen Services-> Service Delivery->Request GRN Search

• After getting it digitally signed from the BL & LRO office, the applicant can download it after his/her own login from ‘Citizen Services-> Service Delivery -> Signed ROR/PI/PLM Copy(s)’ or after Citizen's Login  through Citizen Services-> Service Delivery->Request GRN Search

Banglarbhumi Plot Map Application

If any landlord wants his/her digitally signed copy of Plot Map then they can apply from banglarbhumi portal.

• After Registration, log in using mobile no & password along with captcha and proceed to apply for Mouza Map using Citizen Services-> Service Delivery-> Plot Map Request.

• After submitting the Plot Map application, Proceed for Fees Payment.

• Status of Plot Map application can be viewed from Citizen Services-> Service Delivery->Request GRN Search

• After digitally signed by the concerned Block Officers, SMS will be sent to registered mobile number of the user and then user have to login to the Banglarbhumi portal and choose the option “Request GRN search” to download the digitally signed Plot Map copy. Applicant can download it after his/her own login from ‘Citizen Services-> Service Delivery -> Signed ROR/PI/PLM Copy(s)’ or after Citizen's Login through Citizen Services-> Service Delivery->Request GRN Search.

Banglarbhumi Plot Information Application

If any landlord wants his/her digitally signed copy of Plot Information, then they can apply from Banglarbhumi portal.

• After Registration, log in using mobile no & password along with captcha and proceed to apply for Mouza Map using Citizen Services-> Service Delivery-> Plot Info Request.

• After submitting the Plot Info application, Proceed for Fees Payment.

• Status of Plot Map application can be viewed from Citizen Services-> Service Delivery->Request GRN Search

• After digitally signed by the concerned Block Officers, SMS will be sent to registered mobile number of the user and then user have to login to the Banglarbhumi portal and choose the option “Request GRN search” to download the digitally signed Plot Map copy. Applicant can download it after his/her own login from ‘Citizen Services-> Service Delivery -> Signed ROR/PI/PLM Copy(s)’ or after Citizen's Login through Citizen Services-> Service Delivery->Request GRN Search.

Banglarbhumi Mutation Application

Mutation means Land Ownership change. Mutation of land property is required when the same is transferred to any purchaser, to any receiver, by inheritance through appropriate registered Deed instrument or through court order. As in most of registered deed land schedule is referred by its RS number, rather than by its LR number, it shall be much facilitating for the citizen if they can apply for mutation by providing LR or RS number as is known to them. The LR number or the RS number should be determined from the LR-RS conversion from Banglarbhumi website.

Follow the below sets to apply for Mutation in Banglarbhumi website.

• After Registration, log in using mobile no & password along with captcha and proceed to apply for Mouza Map using Citizen Services-> Online Application-> Mutation Application.

• After submitting the Mutation application, download the ‘Application’ and ‘Declaration form

• Proceed for Fees Payment as available under Citizen Services-> Online Application-> Fees Payment.

• SMS will be received after generation of case number.

• If case number is not received after fees payment, then applicant can get ‘Case Number’ doing ‘Application GRN Search’ under ‘Online Application’ with GRN No and Application no.

Banglarbhumi Mutation Status

Status of Mutation application can be viewed from Citizen Services-> Mutation Status.

After payment, the Mutation fees then everyone can know the status of Mutation through i) Case wise search,ii) Deed wise search, iii)Location wise search, iv) Seller name wise search and v)Buyer name wise search.

Banglarbhumi Mutation Plot Khatian Status

After payment, if the Mutation case is not generated in proper time then the Mutation Plot Khatian status can be checked through  Plot wise search and Khatian wise search.

Banglarbhumi RoR Application

ROR means Record of Right. If any landlord wants his/her certified copy of record then he/she can apply from banglarbhumi portal.

• After Registration, log in using mobile no & password along with captcha and proceed to apply for RoR using Citizen Services-> Service Delivery-> RoR Request.

• After submitting the RoR application, Proceed for Fees Payment.

• Status of RoR application can be viewed from Citizen Services-> Service Delivery->Request GRN Search

• After digitally signed by the concerned BL&LRO Officers, SMS will be sent to registered mobile number of the user and then user have to login to the Banglarbhumi portal and choose the option “Request GRN search” to download the digitally signed RoR copy. Applicant can download it after his/her own login from ‘Citizen Services-> Service Delivery -> Signed ROR/PI/PLM Copy(s)’ or after Citizen's Login through Citizen Services-> Service Delivery->Request GRN Search.

Banglarbhumi Complaints
