You cannot start any work before obtaining the required permit according to the procedures of the Building Permits Department. Maintenance work must be carried out through companies authorized to provide public maintenance works or technical companies if the works were minor and listed among the company's trade license activities.

This service includes the approval of the maintenance of buildings located in the historical areas (Structural maintenance, minor maintenance works, painting and cladding building's exterior, interior and ground floor maintenance, minor additions and modifications, changing interior or exterior finishes).

This service specializes in fulfilling very urgent maintenance requests (corrective maintenance) that cannot be pushed to the periodic maintenance date provided by the Architectural Heritage and Antiquities Department.

The application is cancelled if due fees were not paid within 3 days from submission date.
