How to apply for Building Technical Study in Dubai?

This service enables you to obtain a technical Assessment Report for structural conditions for existing building.

Documents Required

• Official letter from government entity who need to apply for this service detailing:

  • The site with the parcel number.

  • The contact details of the initial party who submitted the application to the government entity (phone number).

How to apply for Building Technical Study in Dubai?

• Apply for the service through Email.

• Pay the due fees (for the applications submitted from the Rental Dispute Centre, Dubai Land Department).

• Receive your technical Assessment Report of the building or facility in your email.

Fees Required

• Site Inspection: 5 fils per sqft of the building area, with a minimum of AED 1,000 per application (for requests submitted by the Rental Dispute Centre at the Dubai Land Department).

• Knowledge and Innovation Fees:  AED 20.

Time Required

• 7 working days
