E-Grantz is an Online Centralised System for Disbursement of Scholarships/Schemes for all Pre-matric and Post-matric Students of SC, ST & OBC community in the state of Kerala. The system is an integrated online software solution for the disbursement of the various educational assistance schemes of the Scheduled Castes Development Department.

Eligibility Criteria on E-Grantz
Following are the eligibility criteria on e-grantz.

The applying candidate must be admitted under merit and reservation quota
-
Applicable for only post-matric courses
-
Applicable for candidates from SC/ST/OBC or other socially and economically backward forward class communities
- Monthly attendance of the students should not be less than 75%

How to Register on E-Grantz?
Follow the below steps to register on e-grantz.

Visit the E-Grants 3.0 Portal.

Click on ‘One Time Registration’.
- A one time registration form (for post matric students) will open on your screen.

Enter your ‘Aadhaar Number’ and ‘Name’
- Click on ‘Validate Aadhar’.
How to Apply for Scholarships on E-Grantz?
Follow the below steps to apply for scholarships on e-grantz.

Visit the E-Grants 3.0 Portal.

Click on ‘Student Login’.

Enter your email id or aadhaar card and password.

Click on ‘Sign in’.

Complete the student personal information in the "Profile" section.

Add your qualification by clicking Add Qualification button
- Click on the Apply for Scholarship link in Student Login for viewing the eligible schemes.
How to Track your Application Status on E-Grantz?
Follow the below steps to track your application status on e-grantz.

Visit the E-Grants 3.0 Portal.
- Click on ‘Track Application’.

Enter your Aadhaar No and Date of Birth.
- Click on ‘Track Application’.
When is the Amount Credited to the Student Account?
After the scholarship application is approved in the District Office, the payment will be initiated when the "Claim" gets approved. For monthly stipend/pocket money and other student scholarships, the payment will be initiated when the monthly attendance is marked by the institution. For other fees like tuition/exam/special fees etc. the payment is initiated after the approval of the claim statements generated by the institutions by the District Office. Disbursement will be done by the DIrectorate and the amounts will be credited to the accounts.
