e-Sampada Portal is managed by the Directorate of Estates which was established in 1944. Directorate of Estates is an attached office of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. It is mandated to administer and manage the estates of the Government of India in Delhi, its 8 Regional Offices located at Chandigarh, Chennai, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Nagpur and Shimla and 31 other locations across the country.
Services under e-Sampada Portal
The core service of Directorate of Estates is to administer the allotment of Government Residential Accommodation to the officers/officials of eligible offices of Government of India. The allotment process is completely automated and is done through the online application of allotment.
Along with the allotment, the Directorate provides services like –

Eligibility Criteria to get allotment on e-Sampada Portal
The accommodation is allotted as per the eligibility of the applicant. The eligibility is affected by multiple factors like –

Venue Booking on e-Sampada Portal
Bungalow 5, Ashoka Road
A Type VIII Bungalow in the heart of the city is allotted for marriage and social purposes on payment of licence fees for a maximum period of 5 days. The procedure of allotment of 5 Ashoka Road is governed by the Policy formulated from time to time and is maintained by CPWD.
The venue is allotted, on the payment of licence fee, as per the list of preference as per the rules governing the allotment of bungalow.
Kidwai Nagar (East) Lawn
Open Lawn at Kidwai Nagar (East) can be used exclusively for marriage/social functions on payment of licence fees for a maximum period of 5 days. The procedure of allotment of Kidwai Nagar (East) Lawn is governed by the Policy formulated from time to time and is maintained by NBCC.
The Lawn is allotted, on the payment of licence fee, as per the list of preference as per the rules governing its allotment.
Vigyan Bhawan
Constructed in 1956, Vigyan Bhawan forms the main centre for International Conferences and other meetings arranged by various Government and Private Organizations. Directorate of Estates is the custodian of Vigyan Bhawan since 2nd December, 1992. Various halls of Vigyan Bhawan are allotted for important conclaves and seminars based on the priority as per rules of allotment, at a payment of licence fee.

- Enter the required details such as- name, date of birth, employee category.

Enter your PAN Number

Enter your email id and mobile and click on ‘Verify’.
- Enter the captcha and Submit.
How to Search Existing Registration Details on e-Sampada Portal?
Follow the below steps to search existing registration details on e-Sampada Portal.

Visit the e-Sampada Portal

Click on ‘Login’.

Click on ‘Register Here’.
- Click on ‘Search Existing Details’.

Select the city posted/ living.
-
Enter your old registration number or new registration.

Click on ‘Show’.
- You will be able to see the details in table format below.
Conditions for Debarment on e-Sampada Portal
-
If a house is allotted in INITIAL category and Allottee has rejected the house, then his name will come in Waiting List after 3 months of date of Allotment (If he has not occupied any GPRA).

If Allottee has already occupied a house and allotted higher category house in INITIAL category, Allottee has rejected the house then his name will come in Waiting List after 6 months of date of Allotment.

If a house is allotted in CHANGE category and Allottee has rejected the house, then his name will come in Waiting List after 1 year of date of Allotment.
-
If Allottee vacates the house, then his name will come in the waiting List after one year of the date of vacation in that house type and after one year Allottee must update his profile.
Process of NDC/ Dues on e-Sampada Portal
Following is the process of ndc/dues on e-Sampada Portal

Login to e-Sampada Portal with registered mobile / email.

Go to "House Allotment (eSampada)"

Go to "NDC"
-
Go to "Fill Application"
-
Fill the application and Submit Request After submitting application, it will be forwarded to your Admin Office for Online Approval.

After Online approval from your Admin Office, application will be forwarded to the concerned Allotment Section in the Office of the Directorate of Estate.
-
Concerned Allotment Section will do the Rent Assessment and Verify it.
-
After verification by the concerned Allotment Section, a Clearance Certificate / No Demand Certificate (for Pension) / No Demand Certificate will be issued online Without Dues / With Dues (if any).

After issuing an Online Certificate, You can again login to eSampada for its print out and bifurcation of assessment.

Go to "House Allotment (eSampada)" then go to "Applicant Desk" then go to "MIS".

Go to "Rent Info" then Click on "Show" Button.

Go to "Download Certificates" and click on "Print" Button.
- Now, the Issued Certificate will be downloaded with bifurcation of the whole Rent Assessment.
