• Apply for the service.

• Pay the due fees.

• Check Dubai Municipality's reply through website (Approved/Rejected/to be Amended or Completed).

Terms and Conditions

• The consultant must obtain the building permit within 9 months from the drawings approval date, or else apply for the extension of the drawings validity.

• You can apply 4 times for a 6-month extension of the drawings validity.
