Every recorded pattadar of a permanently settled estate and every recorded land holder of a temporary settled estate may, if he/she is in actual possession of the land, in respect of he/she desires partition, claim Field partition of the estate.

• If the applicant is a new user, then the applicant needs to register in the RTPS portal first.

• Applicants need to provide their Full Name, Mobile No., State and Password to register in the portal.

• Then the applicant needs to log in with the credentials, by clicking the Login button.

• Click on “Apply for services” -> “View all available services”.

• Type in the desired name of the service to apply, in the “Search” box on the right-hand side of the web application. In this case, type "Field Partition of Land (Rural only)"

• The applicant has to fill up the form and upload the required supporting documents.

• Make the required payment.

• After the successful submission of the form, an acknowledgment will be generated containing the application reference no.

• The application is then forwarded to higher officials for further processes. The same will be notified over SMS and Email id of the applicant.
