How to get Golden Visa for retired foreigner in Dubai?
This service grants a retired foreigner a Golden Residency Visa for a period of (5) years without a sponsor and subject to renewal.

How to get Golden Visa for retired foreigner in Dubai?
GDRFA-Dubai Smart Application
1. Download the GDRFA-Dubai application through the authorized stores: Apple store/Play store
2. Register a new user account (in case there is no account registered)
3. Select the required service
4. Attach the required documents
5. Pay the fees due for the service
6. Submit the request
AMER Center:
1. Head to one of the service branches of the Amer Centers
2. Select the required service at the receptionist
3. Submit the required documents to the service employee
4. Checking documents
5. Pay the fees due for the service
6. Submit application
Note: a text message + an email is sent to the customer with the status of the application:
• If there are missing documents on the application, the customer is notified of the need to attach the missing documents within 30 days, and if the missing documents are not attached, the application will be canceled.
• In case there are no missing documents in the application, the customer will be notified of the approval and the approved application will be sent by e-mail.

Terms and Conditions
1- His/her service period prior to his/her retirement shall not be less than (15) years, whether inside or outside the country, or that s/he has completed (55) years of age.
2- To be the owner of one or more real estates in the country, the value of the real estate or the total value of real estate is not less than AED (1) one million, whether this is the purchasing or market value, provided that the evaluation is carried out by a competent authority in the concerned emirate.
3- Or that s/he has a financial deposit of no less than AED (1) one million inside the United Arab Emirates
4- The fixed annual income of the retiree should not be less than AED (180) one hundred and eighty thousand, provided that a bank statement for the last six months is submitted.
5- Conditions for granting a Golden Visa to family members of a Retired Foreigner: The family members of the Retired Foreigner stated in the Cabinet Resolution (husband or wife and children from the category of unmarried daughters and unmarried sons) are granted Golden Visas for a period of (5) years.
