The certificate contains the details of the annual Income of a person/family from all kinds of resources. It can be furnished for the general purpose of citizens or a student for Fee reimbursement.
An income certificate is an official statement provided to the citizen by the state government confirming his/her annual income.
Documents Required for Income Certificate in Andhra Pradesh

Any one of Ration Card/EPIC Card/Aadhaar Card

Copy of IT Returns/Pay Slips (Govt. /Pvt employees), if available.
Meeseva Registration
Income certificate can be applied online from the Meeseva portal. For this, you need to register in the Meeseva portal. Follow the below steps to register in the Meeseva portal.

Visit Online AP Meeseva portal.

Click New User Registration Link.

Fill the required details such as Desired Login ID, Password, Secret Question etc.

Enter contact information such as Email, Confirm Email, Alternate Email and Mobile no.

Enter personal information details such as Aadhaar No, First Name, Last Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Address Line1, Address Line2, Country, State, City and Pin Code.

Click on Submit button for registration submission.

After submission, a One Time Password will be sent to your mobile number.

Enter OTP and click on Confirm button to confirm the registration.
How to apply online for Income certificate in Andhra Pradesh ?
Follow the below steps to apply online for Income Certificate in Andhra Pradesh.

Login to Online AP Meeseva portal.

Click on List of Services.

Click on Revenue Department.

Select "Income Certificate" under the List of services.
- Enter applicant details followed by permanent and postal address.

Enter the caste certificate details.

Upload the scanned copies of the documents mentioned in the prescribed format.

Make the required payment by clicking ‘Show Payment’.

On confirmation, the acknowledgement receipt will be generated along with the Certificate Delivery Date.

The application will be processed, and the status will be intimated to the applicant.

Once the application is approved, the citizen will receive a Message like “Your Request for Income Certificate has been Accepted Vide Application No: ICXXXXXX Transaction No TAICXXXXXX Please collects your Certificate at MeeSeva-XXXXXXXX”.

Income Certificate will be dispatched either through courier to the citizen’s address, if the delivery type is Speed Post or if the delivery type is manual, the citizen can collect it from franchisee where he/she applied for the certificate.
