• Recommendation from the Ministry of Economy or Competitiveness Office Abu Dhabi. (Applicants can either make a submission with a recommendation from the Ministry of Economy or apply for COAD’s endorsement by completing the TAKAMUL process after which COAD will notify Abu Dhabi Residents Office of an applicant’s eligibility).
