Any citizen of Madhya Pradesh who did not register their marriage after January 23, 2008.

All marriages conducted without consideration of the religion or caste of the parties involved, whether performed informally or recognized by law, and including remarriages, are included in this. Marriages conducted according to any custom, tradition, or practice, which also includes remarriages.
- The registration of marriages that occurred before January 23, 2008, will not be done under these rules; the registration of such marriages will be done only by the Collector's office as per the previously established procedures.
Documents Required to Get a Marriage Certificate in Madhya Pradesh
