• Apply for the service and upload the required documents.

• Check Dubai Municipality's reply (Approved/Rejected/To be Amended or Completed) on Dubai Municipality website.

• Pay your due fees.

• Receive the NOC through Dubai Municipality website.

Documents Required to apply for a No Objection Certificate to Discharge Groundwater into Temporary Lagoons

1. NOC from the landlord (if the applicant was not the landlord).

2. Undertaking letter from the project owner to build a temporary lagoon.

3. Drainage plan from the project site and the temporary lagoon.

4. Illustrated map of project site and the water discharge location with withdrawal points.

5. Copy of the application.

Terms and Conditions

• This certificate is valid for up to 3 months (renewable), depending on the company's compliance with the specified conditions.

• Upon project completion, the temporary discharge site (temporary lagoon) must be returned to its original state and the Environmental Control Department must be notified in writing within 1 week from the rehabilitation completion date.
