Parimarjan - Correct Land Records in Bihar

Parimarjan Portal has been established for facilitating Raiyats (owner of the land) to file an online request for necessary correction on the Document of land rights/ Jamabandi record with the department. Facility to view Jamabandi records from all 534 regions/anchals of Bihar has become available to citizens at the departmental portal located at Bihar Bhumi Online Portal.
Documents Required for Rectification in Jamabandi/Document of Land Rights in Bihar
Rectification needed in Jamabandi created before disposal of Online Mutation cases-
In case of rectification in Owner’s name, address, Khata, Khesra, Chauhaddi, Rakba or details related to Lagaan, Digitization of left out Jamabandis during computerization

Application in prescribed format.

Self-attested copy of Order of mutation case.

Self-attested copy of Correction Slip.

Self-attested copy of Bhu-Lagaan Receipt.

Self-attested copy of latest Final Khatiyan (CS/RS)

Self-declaration in desired format.
Rectification needed in Jamabandi created after disposal of Online Mutation cases
Rectification required in Buyer, Seller, Jamabandi Raiyat or the Khatiyani Raiyat details or Rectification required in Lagaan amount and Boundary details.

Document submitted for Online Mutation.

Self-attested copy of Order of Mutation case.

Self-attested copy of Correction Slip.
Rectification needed in Khata/Khesra/Rakba in Jamabandi created after disposal of Online Mutation cases
In such a situation, there will be no option to file the application via Parimarjan portal. The applicant will be directed to file an appeal before the DCLR. After the order of the DCLR, the Mutation will be executed on the basis of rectified mutation application, revoking the order passed earlier by the Circle Officer.
How to Apply Online for Rectification in Jamabandi/Document of Land Rights in Bihar
Follow the below steps to apply online for rectification in the document of land rights/ jamabandi.

On the homepage, click on ‘Parimarjan’

You will be directed to the Parimarjan Portal.

Click on ‘Post Your Application’

Enter your basic details like name, email id and phone number.

Verify your phone number through OTP.

In the ‘Property Details’ section, fill in the necessary details.

In the ‘grievance details’ section, select the subject of your complaint.

Upload the necessary documents and submit.

Once your application is submitted, an acknowledgement number/ application id will be generated.
Track Status of Jamabandi/Document of Land Rights in Bihar
