Login to Dubai Municipality website.

Contact the transport companies (optional through the link) or contact other transport companies, which are not listed (based on the customer's preference)

Then apply for the service by filling the electronic application form (select new application) and attach the required documents.

Check DM reply (Approval/Incomplete/Rejection) within 3 working days through SMS/ email/ login to Dubai Municipality website.

Pay the service fees after receiving the approval (for the categories nonexempt from service fees)• Download the permit to obtain Agricultural Soil by login to Dubai Municipality website.

Send a copy of the permit to the transport company to start collecting the agricultural soil from the site.

For Individuals:
- Copy of the affection plan in case issued by other authority than DM.
For Government Entities and Private Companies:
- Copy of the affection plan in case issued by other authority than DM.
- Copy of the project plan/landscaping project plan in case the affection plan not available (applicable only for projects related to RTA / DEWA / others).

Fees Required to apply for a Permit to obtain Agricultural Soil in Dubai

5 AED/cubic meter of agricultural soil (Excluding Transportation Charges). The following categories are exempt from service fees:

Private residence of UAE citizen.

Dubai Government Entities.

Farms and palaces of Their Highnesses Sheikhs.

Horse and camel racing tracks.

Knowledge and Innovation Fees: AED 20.

- The application shall be submitted by the landowner.
For Government Entities and Private Companies:
