How to apply for Property Assessment in Assam?
Follow the below steps to apply online for Property Assessment in Assam.

If the applicant is a new user, then the applicant needs to register in the RTPS portal first.

Applicants need to provide their Full Name, Mobile No., State and Password to register in the portal.

Then the applicant needs to log in with the credentials, by clicking the Login button.

Click on “Apply for services” -> “View all available services”.
- Type in the desired name of the service to apply, in the “Search” box on the right-hand side of the web application. In this case, type "Property Assessment"

The applicant has to fill up the form and upload the required supporting documents.
- Make the required payment.

After the successful submission of the form, an acknowledgment will be generated containing the application reference no.

The application is then forwarded to higher officials for further processes. The same will be notified over SMS and Email id of the applicant.
