How to request for Alteration/Addition on the Leased Properties?

This service enables you to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to carry out any physical modifications and additions on Dubai Municipality leased properties located in various service markets, such as change of decor.

How to apply for alteration/addition on the leased properties?

• Login to DM portal then chose the service and submit the request.

• Meet Dubai Municipality's employee for site inspection on the specified date.

• Pay the due fees.

• Receive Dubai Municipality's response when the process is completed.

• For new permit requests, you must submit the violations report or a proof of issuance of labour cards, or the Company's List of Employees from the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation according to Law No. (50) of 2016.
