Login to Dubai Building Permit System.

Apply for the service and upload the required documents.

Check Dubai Municipality's reply through the website (Approved/Rejected/To be Amended or Completed).

Pay the due fees.

Receive the permit through Dubai Building Permit System.
Fees Required

Private residential building: AED 150 per building

Building with floor area:

Up to 10,000 sqft: AED 200/floor

Up to 20,000 sqft/floor: AED 400/floor

More than 20,000 sqft/floor: AED 600/floor.

The permit is deemed cancelled if the demolition works were not initiated within 3 months from the permit issuance, then you must apply again for this service.

You must submit a detailed description (method of statement) of the demolition method.

The contractor must have an insurance policy for the construction works.
