(Fees for owned land or grant to register ownership with the Land Department):

Land department fees: 120 AED 

Issue/renew a topographic survey map (for allocated lands): AED 200

Knowledge and Innovation Fees: AED 20

Local Fees: AED 5

Terms and Conditions

• The request is cancelled if payment is not completed within 5 days of payment order issuance date.

• The map may not be released on time in case of government lien on property or if it is located in Dubai Old Souk area (Central Business District - CBD).
