How to request for a New Waste Container or for changing its location in Dubai ?

This service enables you to obtain an approval to change the location of Dubai Municipality waste containers located in the Emirate`s public spaces to alternative locations, and to obtain waste storage containers for residential villas, events and official occasions.

2. Site plan.

How to request for a New Waste Container or for changing its location ?

Follow the below steps to request for a New Waste Container or for changing its location

• Login to Dubai Municipality website.

• Apply for the service.

• Meet Dubai Municipality's employee for the site inspection on the appointed date.

• Check Dubai Municipality's reply (Approved/Rejected) .

• If applying for a new waste container and it was approved, the container is delivered. If applying to remove it, you must refer to RTA.

• The service is Free.

Terms and Conditions to request for a New Waste Container or for changing its location

• This service does not cover investment areas.

• You cannot change the location of waste containers or mess with their contents without notifying the Waste Operations Department. You can apply to change the location of the waste container by following the service procedures on Dubai Municipality's website.

• To apply for a new waste container within "My City My Environment" initiative, please contact the call centre: 800900.

• If changing the location of a waste container required the removal of the container's solid flooring, you must refer to RTA (after obtaining the Waste Operations Department's approval).
