Sahyog & Uphar Scheme Rajasthan
Sahyog & Uphar scheme provides financial assistance of Rs 5,000 per girl to BPL families of Scheduled Castes for marriage of their first two girls between the age group of 18 and 21 years.
The scheme was amended in 31st march 2017 amount of assistance was increased to Rs 20,000/- for every girl having completed the age of 18 years
i)For the marriage of 18 years old and above girls - 20,000/-
ii)For the marriage of 10th pass girls - 30,000/-
iii)For the marriage of graduate girls - 40,000/-
Eligibility Criteria of Sahyog & Uphar Scheme
Only BPL Card/ Astha Card/ Antyodaya Card holders/widow can apply for this scheme. This scheme is for marriage of any two girls in a family who are 18 years old or above.
i)For the lady whose husband died and who does not get remarriage.
ii)Her monthly income should not be greater than 50,000/- per annum.
iii)Earner age should not be 25 year old in the family.
iv)Marriageable girl whose parents have been died and her care of is also a widow.
Documents Required for Sahyog & Uphar Scheme
List of document required are as follows:
1)BPL/ Astha/ Antyodaya Certificate (Astha or Antyodaya card will be required when candidate is not from BPL category)
2)If applicant widow receives pension -
i)Pension Payment Order Certificate
ii)Income Certificate
iii)Ration Card Copy (For the proof of eldest son age in family Ration Card)
3)If Widow is not receiving pension -
i)Husband's Death Certificate
ii)Income Certificate
iii)Ration Card Copy (For the proof of eldest son age in family Ration Card)
4)Bride/ Groom DOB Certificate
5)If bride goes to school, then - School Certificate, or Proof of the name added in voter list, or Ration Card Copy
6)Marriage Registration Certificate
Time Duration of application
After marriage but within 6 month of marriage date
How to apply for benefit for second daughter in Sahyog & Uphar Scheme ?
1. You can add two daughter at time of applying for sahyog scheme in daughter detail page.
2. If your first application has been approved and Sanctioned by concerning DLO of your domicile district. then, you can apply for new application from your same SSO-Id or same profile through E-mitra user.
