UAE PASS is the first secure national digital identity for citizens and residents of the UAE.

The app enables all registered individuals to access more than 6000 government, semi-government and private sector entities’ services through their respective websites and apps, and allows them to digitally sign and authenticate documents and transactions.

UAE PASS also enables users to request a digital version of official documents issued to their name and to use the same to request services.

Eligibility Criteria for UAE PASS

UAE PASS is available to all ages given that they have their fingerprints saved on their Emirates ID account.

Basic and Verified UAE PASS

A Basic account, gives the user limited access to services since the account has not been verified.

A Verified account is an upgraded account that has gone through the accepted UAE PASS verification procedure. A Verified account allows access to most services and signature capabilities. You can verify your account through the app using face recognition or by visiting your nearest kiosk with your Emirates ID.

If you are an existing SmartPass or Dubai ID account holder, and you upgrade your account to UAE PASS, you will only have access to the login and the digital signature feature.
