Uttar Pradesh Old Age Pension scheme provides financial assistance of INR 500 to all the citizens who are above 60 years of age in Uttar Pradesh.
Eligibility Criteria of Uttar Pradesh Old Age Pension Scheme
Applicant must meet the following eligibility criteria to avail of the old-age pension.

The applicant should be a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh.

Applicant should be 60 years of age or above
-
The owners of two-wheeler vehicles and a permanent house will also be eligible to apply for the benefit of the scheme.

Following documents are required to apply for the Uttar Pradesh Old Age Pension scheme

Identity Proof : Ration card / Aadhaar card / Voter ID card

Birth /Age certificate

Income Certificate
-
Bank Passbook
Apply Online for Uttar Pradesh Old Age Pension Scheme
To apply for the Old Age pension scheme, follow the below-mentioned steps.

Visit Integrated Pension Portal of Government of Uttar Pradesh

Click on “Old Age Pension”
-
Click on “Apply Online”
-
Select the “New Entry Form” link
-
Fill out the application form.
-
Upload the documents after filling in the form.

Click on the “Save” button to save your details successfully.

A registration acknowledgement slip with Registration No is generated which can be printed for future reference.

Once the Registration form is saved, it can be edited/updated for any correction unless the user clicks on the Final Submit button on the 'Edit Saved Form/Final Submit' page.

Upon “Final submit” the application form will be forwarded to the DSWO.

After applying the applicant can take the printout of the Final submitted page along with supporting documents and submit it to the DSWO/DPO/DHWO office within one month from the date of final submission of the application form. After submission applicant will receive the computer-generated acknowledgement receipt from the respective office.
Track Status
Follow the below steps to track the status of the application.

Visit Integrated Pension Portal of Government of Uttar Pradesh

Click on “Old Age Pension”

Click on “Check your application status”

If the applicant has not already created a password, click on Step 1
-
The applicant has to create a password through the link using the application registration number and bank account number mentioned
-
Once the password is created login to the site, using step 2.

Enter Application Registration number and password.

Click on "Log In with Password" to view the status of your application
