The government of Uttar Pradesh has launched the Uttar Pradesh Widow Pension Scheme to provide monthly financial assistance to the eligible widows of Uttar Pradesh. The eligible beneficiaries of the scheme will receive a grant of Rs.500 per month from the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
Eligibility Criteria for Uttar Pradesh Widow Pension Scheme

The woman should be a permanent resident of the state of Uttar Pradesh.

The applicant should be a widow.
-
Applicant should be more than 18 years old.
-
The annual income of the applicant should not exceed INR 1.20 lakhs.
-
Applicants should not be getting a pension from any other scheme.

The latest passport size photograph should be in JPEG format, size up to 20 KB.

Aadhar Card Number

Account in the bank and its Passbook

Apply Online for Uttar Pradesh Widow Pension Scheme
To apply for the Widow Pension scheme, follow the below-mentioned steps.

Visit Integrated Pension Portal of Government of Uttar Pradesh

Click on “Widow Pension”
-
Click on “Apply Online”
-
Select the “New Entry Form” link
-
Fill out the application form.
-
Upload the documents after filling in the form.

Click on the “Save” button to save your details successfully.

A registration acknowledgement slip with Registration No is generated which can be printed for future reference.

Once the Registration form is saved, it can be edited/updated for any correction unless the user clicks on the Final Submit button on the 'Edit Saved Form/Final Submit' page.

Upon “Final submit” the application form will be forwarded to the DSWO.

After applying the applicant can take the printout of the Final submitted page along with supporting documents and submit it to the DSWO/DPO/DHWO office within one month from the date of final submission of the application form. After submission applicant will receive the computer-generated acknowledgement receipt from the respective office.
Track Status of Uttar Pradesh Widow Pension Scheme
Follow the below steps to track the status of the application.

Visit Integrated Pension Portal of Government of Uttar Pradesh

Click on “Widow Pension”

Click on “Check your application status”

If the applicant has not already created a password, click on Step 1
-
Select the scheme name as "Widow Pension". The applicant has to create a password through the link using the application registration number and bank account number mentioned

Once the password is created login to the site, using step 2.

Enter Application Registration number and password.
-
Click on "Log In with Password" to view the status of your application
