Vridhjan Krishak Samman Pension Yojana

The Government of Rajasthan has launched Samajik Suraksha Vridhjan Krishak Samman Pension Scheme for old age small and marginal farmers in Rajathan. Financial Assistance of INR 750 - 1000 per month will be provided to farmers based on their eligibility.

There are around 30 lakh small and marginalized farmers in Rajasthan. Out of these, around 19 lakh farmers are already taking the benefits of various social security schemes.  So 11 lakh remaining farmers will be eligible for this scheme.

Benefits

• Target beneficiary of the scheme is small and marginal farmers of the state. Scheme will provide financial support to old age small & Marginal farmers. 'Marginal Farmer' means a farmer cultivating (as owner or tenant or sharecropper) agricultural land up to 1 hectare (2.5 acres). 'Small Farmer' means a farmer cultivating (as owner or tenant or sharecropper) agricultural land of more than 1 hectare.

• Female Farmers whose age is above 55 years will get Rs 750 per month

• Male farmers whose age is above 58 years will get Rs 750 per month

• All farmers whose age is above 75 years will get Rs 1000 per month.

Eligibility Critieria

• Candidate should be the Native of the Rajasthan

• For female candidates, minimum age is 55 years

• For male candidates, minimum age is 58 years

• Scheme is only for small and marginal farmers.

• Applicant must not have taken benefits under similar state and central government schemes

Documents Required

Following documents are required for applying for Vridhjan Krishak Samman Pension Yojana.

• Ration Card

• Income Certificate

• Aadhaar Card

• Address Proof

• Bank Account Passbook, as the money will be transferred directly to the beneficiary’s bank account or in the post office account through Direct Bank Transfer. 

Application Procedure

Follow the below steps to apply for Vridhjan Krishak Samman Pension Yojana

• Visit your nearest Sub Division Office

• Get Rajasthan Veterans Farmers Pension Scheme application form

• Fill it up with the required data

• Attach relevant documents and Submit the form

Approval Process
