  • Husband’s Death certificate or Panchnamu or Talati’s Recommendation

  • Income Certificate

  • Affidavit for Widow

  • Recommendation of Talati

  • Recommendation of Circle Officer

Digital Gujarat is an initiative taken by the Government of Gujarat for citizens to help them avail benefits of government services online. Citizens can register and submit their application form online and track the status of their application through Digital Gujarat website. Widow Certificate can be applied through the Digital Gujarat website.

  • Upload a photo of maximum size 1 MB in jpg or jpeg format.

  • Enter the personal, current and permanent address information.

  • Click on Update Profile.
