നിലവില്‍ സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് കാർഡ് കൺവെർഷൻ അപേക്ഷ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 31.10.2022 ആണ്. അതിനുശേഷമാണ് സംസ്ഥാനത്തുടനീളം ലഭ്യമായ അപേക്ഷകളുടെ വെരിഫിക്കേഷനും റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് തയ്യാറാക്കലും TSO concerned -ന് നടത്തുന്നത്. ശേഷം ഓരോ TSO-യ്ക്കും ലഭ്യമായ മുന്‍ഗണനാ കാര്‍ഡുകളുടെ ഒഴിവുകൾ അതാത് താലൂക്കിന് അനുവദിക്കുകയും തുടര്‍ന്ന് conversion module TSO-യ്ക്ക് open ചെയ്ത് നല്‍കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. അതിനുശേഷം റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റിലെ eligible ആയ അപേക്ഷകർക്ക് conversion നടത്തുകയും, eligible അല്ലാത്തവ നിരസിച്ച് SMS അയയ്ക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും. ഈ process ഏകദേശം ഡിസംബറോട് കൂടി പൂർത്തിയാകുമെന്ന് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.
